Warranty Information

 Roof Rodeo, LLC would like to thank you for your business, and kindly requests that you take some time  to review the warranty policy provided, and is outlined below:  ● Roof Rodeo, LLC honors a workmanship warranty of  7 years on a TPO roof,  7 years on shingle roof,  7 years on a slate roof,  7 years on a Pro Panel roof,  and 0 days on any repair work done unless otherwise noted by us beginning on the date of installation.  It is also noted that if you are in need of a new roof and request that we do a repair, we do not take any  responsibility for any damage done as a result of a repair failing or not having the desired affect  considering you are in need of a new roof.  ● It is the homeowner's responsibility to print any invoices and keep track of any warranty sent by us and  have paperwork ready to present to us for any warranty work.  ● Additional warranties are offered by the manufacturer for that company's roofing products.  (Please visit your product manufactures website for more specific warranty information.)  ● We recommend that ALL homeowners schedule a bi-annual inspection to maintain our warranty  requirements, and to ensure the proper maintenance and up-keep of the services we have provided. This  is highly recommended to prevent unnecessary future repairs, or issues which may arise, please note  that there is a charge for inspections.   ● ALL warranty issues must be reported within 7 calendar days from the date the problem or repair is  noticed by the homeowner.   ● Failure to report ANY issue within 7 calendar days from the day the concern arises may VOID any  workmanship warranties provided by Roof Rodeo, LLC. Roof warranty's will also be voided if there is  work or alterations preformed on the roof by someone other than us.  ● For safety reasons it is recommend that you do not attempt to walk on, inspect, or perform any  maintenance or repairs on your roof.  ● Upon agreement with a contracted homeowner, Roof Rodeo, LLC may offer a discount to clients who  have agreed to advertise our company with the provided sign, in an agreed upon space on the  homeowner's property for at least 30 days. (If applicable, please refer to your contract for exact terms  and conditions of your specific discount. This offer does not apply to all homeowners.)  ● Roof Rodeo, LLC retains the right to terminate any contract, with cause if breached by the homeowner,  the insured, or any other person with legal interest to the property.   ● Roof Rodeo, LLC will uphold and honor all contracts and workmanship warranties that are deemed to  be in good standing and abide by the warranty and maintenance requirements.  ● *** ALL ESTIMATES ARE VALID FOR 2 WEEKS FROM THE DATE ISSUED. ***
