 Homeowner is responsible for removing and resetting any fragile items from the interior/exterior walls  and any furnishings that may be affected by vibrations or falling debris, during the installation process. It  is further noted that Roof Rodeo, LLC shall not be held liable for; Acts of god, material shortages, special  order delays, inclement weather, hidden site conditions; I.E. structural errors or damages, pipes, wires,  ceiling fans, which are too close or on nailing surfaces. If any dumpsters or trailers are needed onsite to  complete the job Roof Rodeo, LLC bares no responsibility for any damages that may occur to driveways,  concrete, asphalt, aggregate, plantation, or any other structure that may be in the way, or aged to the  point that cracks or damage has occurred, and or any surface that requires (us) Roof Rodeo, LLC to  drive, walk, or climb on. ((NOTED))( -Roof Rodeo, LLC will clean up after work is completed however it  should be understood that there will always be some debris, or nails that will be missed and remain  onsite as much as we strive to do our best to maintain a clean work environment it is impossible to keep  track of every single nail or other items used by us to complete a roof or gutter project.-)  If required Roof Rodeo, LLC will pull permits and post on the jobsite.
